Plus size model Justine LeGault is on the cover of the May 2013 Quebec issue of Elle Magazine. The size 14/16 model has been strutting her stuff locally and abroad for a few years. According to her Facebook profile it looks like she is signed with Heffner Management, Muse Model Management, and Milk Management.

The Elle Quebec cover is gorgeous and I think groundbreaking because her thighs are in full view and she has not been photoshopped to look like a porcelain doll. I think Justine looks gorgeous on the cover and if I see this on the stands when I am there I plan to purchase to support it.
