Yes, velour track suits come in plus sizes. Especially at SWAK Designs where I found this two velour hoodie and pants. It is sold separately so if you happen to be bigger on bottom or top you can order accordingly. The top and bottom, which comes in sizes 1x to 3x, is $27. 50 each. I love the indigo color shown here but it available in midnight, mahogany, and royal plum. 
SWAK designs is located in the United States but they ship internationally. They actually are one of the few companies that offer excellent shipping prices to Canadians — free with orders over $40. I could easily spend $40 there so free shipping is a definite bonus.
